Lemon Garlic Kale Chips

I finally jumped on the kale chips bandwagon, and I'm not getting off! Here is the super easy recipe I used that only took 2 minutes to prep for the oven. Pre-cut kale was the key for me. I'd bought two full bunches in the past month and they sat in the fridge and went bad. Moral of this story? I am kinda lazy.

First, take some kale and put it in a bowl (I used the pre-washed & cut stuff from Trader Joe’s), Then add just enough garlic-flavored olive oil and lemon juice to coat the leaves. Get in there with your hands and toss, making sure all the leaves are nice and shiny!

Lay them out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy and slightly brown.
