I'm baaaack! Like I mentioned on my last real post, I was MIA most of September due to an intense work schedule. I just returned from San Francisco and now I'm back home and trying to readjust to my regular routine. This "Currently" series is one of my favorite and I figured it'd be an good way to ease back in to regular posting.
Loving Fall! That is what I said last time, but now it's really here. Today we were doing some work out in the yard (dismantling our gazebo that was blown over in a wind storm) and the air was nice and crisp and actually quite chilly, but I loved it. I've also been overdosing on pumpkin spice lattes and even busted out my scarves. It's official.
Reading I'm trying to catch up on the magazines I neglected while I was working and my Google Reader is out of control. I also need to start Gone Girl for a book club meeting that I have in just two weeks. I was the one to suggest the book and I think I'm the only one in our club that hasn't finished it yet - ha! Anyone read it?
Watching Modern Family. I've caught a couple of episodes over the past few seasons, but we finally ordered it on Netflix to start from the beginning. It's SO funny and I love Phil Dunphy as the "cool dad".
Eating For the past two weeks while in San Francisco I ate out for every. single. meal. Although, if you have to eat out, San Francisco is a great place to do it! Needless to say, I'm looking forward to home-cooked meals, especially hearty, cozy fall dishes.
Listening to the new Grizzly Bear album. Grizzly Bear just screams fall to me and while I'm not sure I like this one as much as Veckatimest, it's still amazing.
Excited About Travelling abroad for the first time EVER in just three weeks! I'll be travelling to Berlin, Germany for work and then making a short trip to Oslo, Norway for fun. I'm both terrified and excited at the same time and would love any recommendations you have for either city (or nearby areas)!
My Currently posts are inspired by Danielle of Sometimes Sweet. If you do one let me know in the comments!
